He will have to beat Daniel Soltis’ no-name. And in case of victory, Ponyakov will reach the final against one of the Adrian Mateos – Arthur Conan pair.

Each of the semifinalists beat five opponents. But you won’t wish the enemy the same lot as Ponyakov:

Ponyakov (pictured) defeated them all and will now face off against Daniel Soltis, about whom only two five-digit Dipranes are tracked at the WSOP 2019 and WSOP Online 2020. Here are the names of Soltis’s opponents on the way to the semifinals: Tamas “szagos” Adamski, Francisco “Tomatee” Benitez , Feng Chen, Sven Joakim Andersson and Max Kruse.

Also, they advanced to the semifinals against each other:

  • 24-year-old promising poker pro Arthur Conan: This guy won an offline $ 50K Seminole Hard Rock Super High Roller ($ 733K) in May 2021;
  • top-reg MTT, the best player in Spain with $ 21M in prize money in live tournaments Adrian Mateos, who knocked out our Roman Emelyanov in 1/32 of the tournament.

They will play out on September 4 at 20:00 Moscow time.

Each of the players guaranteed a prize of $ 155,389, the runner-up will receive $ 279.7K, and the winner of the tournament will receive $ 466.1K + bracelet.
